Aqaba Facilities Management Company, a private limited joint stock company, wholly owned by the Aqaba Development Company, works to manage and maintain various facilities in the city of Aqaba through an advanced package of systems and manpower.

Aqaba Facilities Management Company was established in 2006 under the name “Madayn Al Nour” and was the result of the idea of merging the public and private sectors, to work together for the purposes of establishing markets and commercial offices to manage various projects. In 2016, the company’s objectives were updated to include managing various facilities in the city of Aqaba.

In 2019, the entire share was purchased by the partner Aqaba Development Company from the private sector partner and became fully owned by Aqaba Development Company and was named Aqaba Facilities Management Company.

In addition to managing and maintaining the facilities in the city of Aqaba, the Aqaba Facilities Management Company provides various logistical services. During the Corona pandemic, the company also managed one of the facilities of a special nature in the city of Aqaba – Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed / Aqaba Field Hospital – and the company took over all non-medical work for the hospital. And its facilities deal with sensitive establishments of a special nature, in terms of management and sustainability, which require precise work and follow-up around the clock, through an accurate, automated, flexible system that is customizable and updatable, and is programmed with the necessary workflow steps in accordance with the goals and objectives of the facility.
